Data processed

Technically necessary connection, session and event data is processed for sign-in, security and operation. Report and uploaded content is processed only for the requested report function.

AI processing and external inputs

When an AI feature is explicitly used, the server transfers a bounded report snapshot to the configured AI CLI server. Authenticated external inputs are assigned to the addressed report. No advertising analysis takes place.

Internal usage and operational statistics

For internal application administration, the server records visits, feature usage, durations, errors and technical quantities. Users, workspaces and reports are represented by pseudonymous identifiers in these statistics. Messages, report text, filenames, credentials and full URLs are not stored. Individual events are deleted after 90 days and daily summaries after 24 months. Statistics are accessible only to application administrators and require no additional cookies.

Cookies and recipients

Only technically necessary session and language/theme values are used. No external analytics, marketing or social-media services are embedded. Hosting and AI CLI operators process data only as necessary for operation and requested functions.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing where the legal requirements are met. You may also lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.
